Matrix High School Organizes an Awareness Event on Topic “LEGAL SERVICE AWARENESS”

Awareness Event is always beneficial for the school students and Matrix regularly organizes such types of events. This time Matrix has organized an awareness drive on Legal Services.

A Legal service awareness drive was organized at Matrix High School to bring the change in society. Legal aid intends to provide free legal assistance to the poor persons who are not able to enforce the rights given to them by law.

Judicial Magistrate Mr. Prasant Poonia addressed the gathering by stating clearly that legal aid means providing an arrangement in the society which makes the machinery of administration of justice easily accessible and in reach of those who have to resort to it for enforcement of rights given to them by law.

He also mentioned the importance of education in exercising the law. Education improves the standard as well as the art of living both by which a person can uplift his/her life and at the same time can uplift the society.

Advocate Mr.Bajrang Singh Shekhawat and Advocate Mr.Rafiq Gaur also addressed the gathering by stating few legal rights of the people like-

• Hindu Marriage Act,
• Maintenance and residence of female child
• Domestic violence, etc…And how people can exercise their rights at ease.
