The RBSE class 9th & 11th Half Yearly syllabus will help students understand what they need to study throughout the year. Letter writing: Informal (to family and friends), Formal (to the editor or school principal), Email (formal letters to the principal or editor). Short Paragraph: Speech or debate type (60 to 80 words). Short writing task: Dialogue or story based on hints (50 to 70 words).
Prose (Beehive): One passage for comprehension (200 words) or two short answer questions (30 words each) and one long answer question (60 words). Poetry (Beehive): One reference to context from poems and two short answer questions on themes and ideas. Supplementary Reader (Moments): One long answer question on character, plot, or situations and two short answer questions.
